Publications and filings:

Criminal Code - Title 13 is no longer printed by the Secretary of State's Office, Public Services Division.

Bingo Laws and Rules - Games of Bingo, Title 5, Chapter 4 are no longer printed by the Secretary of State's Office, Public Services Division.

Golden Rule Certificates - Golden Rule Certificates are no longer issued by the Secretary of State's Office, Administration as of February 2009. Certificates are issued by Governor Janice K. Brewer's Office.

Incorporated by Reference Material - Incorporated by Reference publications, pamphlets and brochures etc. are not longer filed with Administrative Rule filings at the Secretary of State's Office, Public Services Division as of September 18, 2003. See Laws 2003, Ch. 104, § 26.

Intergovernmental Agreements and Contracts - Intergovernmental Agreements and Contracts (A.R.S. § 11-952) are no longer filed at the Secretary of State's Office, Business Services Division as of November 24, 2009. See 49th Legislature - Third Special Session HB 2011, (CH 12) for more information.

arrow Residential Landlord and Tenant Act - Title 33, Chapter 10 - The Secretary of State's Office no longer provides paper copies of the Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (Laws 2012, Senate Bill 1062, Chapter Chapter 82, Fiftieth Legislature, 2nd Regular Session) as of December 31, 2012. This publication can be obtained from the Arizona Department of Housing. See also Laws 2009, 3rd Special Sesssion, Ch. 7, Sec. 18.

Mobile Home Parks Residential Landlord and Tenant Act - Title 33, Chapter 11 is no longer printed in paper by the Secretary of State's Office, Public Services Division as of September 2003. Links to the Act are available online for downloading under Laws 2003, 1st Special Session, Ch. 84.

Notice of Public Meeting, Statement of Posting - The Office of the Secretary of State, Business Services Division, no longer accepts filings of where public meetings notices will be posted by public bodies under A.R.S. § 38-431.02 (HB 2209, 49th Legislature, Second Regular Session, Ch. 88). Public bodies have specific requirement to post their Notice of Public Meetings on their websites as of July 29, 2010.

Open Meeting Law, distribution - The Office of the Secretary of State, Administration, no longer "distributes" open meeting law materials to person(s) elected or appointed to a public body. A person elected or appointed to a public body is required to obtain and review the open meeting law at least one day before the day that person takes office under A.R.S. § 38-431.01(G). Taxes

  • Title 21, Chapter 1, Administration; Chapter 8, Transaction Privilege Taxes; Chapter 8.1 Severance Tax; Chapter 8.2 Emergency Telecommunication Services Excise Tax publication is no longer offered by the Secretary of State's Office.
  • Title 42, Chapter 10, Income Tax Code publication is no longer offered by the Secretary of State's Office.

The office no longer records:

Accountants; The office no longer maintains a register of certified public accountants (CPAs) (A.R.S. § 32-728)

Dental Board; notification of all candidates issued licenses as dental hygiensts (A.R.S. § 32-1286)
