PHOENIX --

The Arizona Secretary of State's office wants to remind Arizona voters that the deadline to request an early ballot by mail is today, Friday, October 23, 2026.

"Today is the last day that Arizonans who want to receive an early ballot can request a ballot by mail," said Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes. "Voting is one of the best ways to participate in American Democracy. Not only is voting by mail safe and secure, but it also gives Arizonans who have busy schedules the flexibility to vote at a time that works for them. I am encouraging Arizonans who still want to vote early by mail to visit Arizona.Vote and request their early ballot before today's deadline."

Arizona voters are encouraged to visit Arizona.Vote to find their official county elections website and request an early ballot be sent to them in the mail. In order to track the location of their ballot in real-time, voters are also encouraged to sign up for BallotTrax at Arizona.Vote today.

REMINDER: the deadline to mail-back early ballots through USPS is October 27, 2026. Voters need to give their ballot enough time to arrive back to their county election offices by 7 p.m. on election night. After October 27, 2026, voters can drop off their ballots at their polling location/voter center or an official drop box.
