Don’t Wait: Today is the Last Day Recommended to Mail Your CD7 Ballot
PHOENIX – July 8 marks the final day Arizona election officials recommend voters mail back their early ballots for the Congressional District 7 Special Primary Election on July 15, 2025.
“We tell folks to get their ballot in the mail seven to 10 days before Election Day because we want to make sure it gets to county election sites in time,” said Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes. “If the ballot is delivered by mail after 7 p.m. on Election Day, the law says the ballot won’t count. So don’t risk it. Take your ballot that is sitting on the kitchen table and drop it in the mail.”
Early voters in Cochise, Maricopa, Pima, Pinal, Santa Cruz, and Yuma counties who aren’t able to return their early ballot by mail, should deliver their ballot in-person to any secure drop box or early voting location. After today, this remains the most reliable way to ensure your ballot arrives on time.
Voters can find drop-off locations and early voting sites by visiting Arizona.Vote or calling 1-877-THE-VOTE (843-8683).
