Tentative numbering approved for 2010 statewide ballot measures

PHOENIXPending approval by the U.S. Department of Justice, the Secretary of State's Office has issued numbering for statewide initiatives, referendums and amendments slated to appear on the Nov. 2 general-election ballot.

Ballot numbers are selected based upon the provisions of ARS 19-125(B), with proposed constitutional amendments numbered consecutively beginning with 100, proposed initiatives numbered beginning with 200 and proposed referendums numbered beginning with 300. Ballot numbering continues from the last number used in the previous election, according to legislation signed into law this year.

Tentative numbering for the 2010 ballot is as follows:
