      Administrative Rules Division is able to provide its services through the mail, email or over the phone

      • Agencies must use inter-agency mail to file a notice.
      • Once processed, the date-stamped receipt will be returned to you thru inter-agency mail.
      • In-person agency filings will only be accepted in an emergency, on a limited basis by appointment only. Contact the division by e-mail.
  • In-person trainings for ALL divisions are on hold until further notice. Divisions will hold trainings by webinar as needed.
  • Department staff will attend community meetings virtually or by phone, when available.

  • In-person trainings for ALL divisions are on hold until further notice. Divisions will hold trainings by webinar as needed.
  • Department staff will attend community meetings virtually or by phone, when available.

    • In-person Patent and Trademark Resource Center consultations
    • The Arizona Capitol Museum is closed through Saturday, April 4.
    • In-person retrieval and immediate checkout of materials to patrons of Arizona Talking Book Library
    • Walk-in reference service for Archives & the Research Library
