Reminder: Court Reads AZ03 Recount Results Tomorrow

PHOENIX – The Arizona Secretary of State's Office would like to inform the public that the Maricopa County Superior Court will conduct an open reading of Civil Court Case CV2024-021570 tomorrow at 11:30 AM. The session, presided over by Judge Jennifer Ryan-Touhill, will take place at 201 W. Jefferson Street, Phoenix, AZ.


The case pertains to the recount from the July 30, 2024, Primary Election for United States Representative for Congressional District 3 between candidates Yassamin Ansari and Raquel Terán. Following the court proceedings, the Secretary of State’s Office will announce the results of the recount.
