State Forester Declaration of Prohibition on Fire Causing Activities
In exercising the authority to prevent wildfires, when the State Forester declares a prohibition on fire causing activities and fireworks, the state forester posts a notice with the Secretary of State and notifies the news media. A.R.S. § 37-623(B)
