Phoenix— Earlier today, the United States Supreme Court agreed to hear arguments in defense of Arizona laws that risk disenfranchising eligible voters. This decision is in response Republican National Committee (RNC) requested to overturn the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals decision in Mi Famila Vota v.
Arizona voters returning their ballot by mail should mail it as soon as possible—and no later than July 14, 2026—or return it to an official ballot drop box or voting location by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day.
Time is running out for eligible Arizona voters to register and make their voices heard in the upcoming primary election on July 21, 2026! The voter registration deadline is today, and residents who are not yet registered—or who need to update their registration information—must ensure their registration is secure 29 days before the election.
