Annual Officeholder Financial Disclosure Statements
If you were a public officer at any time during a calendar year (even for a day), you must file an annual Financial Disclosure Statement between January 1 and January 31 of the following calendar year. If you were newly appointed to fill a vacancy in an office, you must file a Financial Disclosure Statement within 60 days of the date you take office.
Officeholder annual Financial Disclosure Statements must be completed and submitted entirely online via the Arizona Candidate Portal. The online Financial Disclosure application allows for expedited, guided filing, and allows users to complete each applicable section of the form by following prompts. The Financial Disclosure application retains user information for future filings, allowing you to edit information where necessary and eliminating the need to start from scratch each year you are required to file.
