Lobbying Handbook
The Arizona Lobbying Handbook explains what lobbying is, including rules for lobbying in the state of Arizona. The handbook gives definitions of frequently used terms, reporting obligations, frequently asked questions, checklists for a variety of tasks, and statutes applicable to lobbying.
Lobbying Filing Portal
Filers may upload completed filings and make principal and public body registration payments or waiver requests online via the lobbying filing portal. A.R.S. § 41-1232.07. All current forms are deemed to be made under penalty of perjury with a conformed signature. A.R.S. § 41-1232(A). Filers will receive an email if their upload to the portal is successful.
